You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Because we want our return process to be as flexible as possible, there are no complicated hoops to jump through. If you want to return a product within the 30-day window, simply pack it up and send it back to us. While we don't ask any questions, we do appreciate it if the items are returned in the same general condition and packaging you received them.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you and immediately initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) for the purchase price of the item. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs from your purchase are non-refundable. When shipping an item back to us, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
