The Challenge


Cube Series (Redmond, Oregon) designs and builds premium overland expedition trailers. When they came to us in early 2025:

  • Build cycle: ~1 trailer every 4 months

  • No centralized 3D CAD model of the complete trailer

  • Drawings existed only as scattered PDFs and hand sketches

  • Zero inventory management or part-numbering system
